Welcome to Kamivo. By using our application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

ELGIBILITY: You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service. By using Kamivo, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

1. User Conduct & Content

You are solely responsible for the content you post on Kamivo. You agree not to post content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others.

ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY: Kamivo maintains a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content or abusive behavior. This includes, but is not limited to:

Nudity or sexually explicit content.
Hate speech or harassment.
Promotion of illegal activities.
Violence or graphic content.

Users violating these terms will be immediately banned without notice, and their content will be removed.

2. Virtual Currency (Kami)

Kamivo uses a virtual currency called "Kami" for certain premium features, such as posting beyond the daily limit. Kami can be purchased through In-App Purchases. Kami has no real-world monetary value and is non-refundable.

3. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the service.

4. Limitation of Liability

Kamivo is provided "as is" without any warranties. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
